# Marketplace

> Browse public email templates, try them in the playground editor without an account, add them to your workspace, and publish your own.

The Marketplace is a public gallery of email templates at `/marketplace`. Anyone can browse it and try a template in the editor, with or without an account. Open it from the sidebar under **Content** → **Marketplace** (it opens in a new tab).

## Browse templates

* **Search** by keyword with **Search templates...**.
* **Sort by** **Popular**, **Newest** or **Trending**.
* **Filter** by category, by the **Purpose**, **Industry**, **Style**, **Season** and **Feature** menus, or to AMP-enabled templates only.

Hover a card and click **Preview** to see it, or **Try in editor** to open it straight in the playground.

## A template's page

A template's page shows a tall preview next to its details:

* **Desktop** and **Mobile** switch the preview width.
* **Images off** shows what a reader sees before images load, which is Outlook's default.
* **Dark (simulated)** approximates email apps that invert colors. Every app's dark mode differs, so treat it as a guide.

The details list the checks the template has passed (for example "Reads clearly with images turned off"), its tags (click one to search for it) and its creator.

## Try a template in the playground

Click **Use this template** to open it in the playground: the real email builder, with nothing saved.

* You can edit anything, and preview on desktop and mobile.
* **Save**, **Export** and **Send test** are locked. Clicking them explains how to unlock them.
* **Start over** puts the template back to its original state.
* Nothing you do in the playground leaves your browser: no AI tools, uploads, snippets or brand settings.

  Playground edits aren't carried over. When you add the template to your workspace, you get the original template, not your playground changes.

## Add a template to your workspace

Click **Add to my templates** on the template's page or in the playground. If you're not signed in, you're asked to sign in first. The template is copied to **My Templates** in your workspace, where you can edit, save and send it.

  Sign-ups may be invite-only. In that case, the playground shows **Join the waitlist** instead of **Sign up to save**.

## Publish your own template

You can share one of your templates on the Marketplace. Publishing requires the Pro or Enterprise plan, and you can publish up to 5 times an hour.

  <Step title="Set up your creator profile">
    Go to **Settings** → **Marketplace** → **Creator Profile**. Add a **Display Name** and, if you like, a bio, avatar, website and X handle. Turn on **Public Profile** to show the profile on the Marketplace.

  <Step title="Make sure the template is approved">
    Only approved templates can be published. In a team workspace, get the template approved first. See [approvals](/guides/email-and-templates/email-builder#approvals-in-team-workspaces).

    On **Templates** → **My Templates**, open the template's menu and choose **Publish to Marketplace**. Enter a **Title** (3 to 100 characters), a **Description** (up to 1,000 characters) and up to 10 **Tags**. Click **Continue**, review the details, then click **Publish**.

Once published, the template is visible to every Marketplace visitor. To take it down, choose **Unpublish** from the same menu.

### Track how your templates do

**Analytics** → **Creator Analytics** shows your published templates with their views and forks (copies people have added to their workspaces).

  Before you publish, remove anything specific to your business: real customer names, private links and internal images. Anyone can copy a published template.

## Troubleshooting

    The template isn't approved yet, or it's already published (the menu then shows **Unpublish**). Library templates can't be published. The item is also hidden if your role can't edit content.

  <Accordion title="Add to my templates says I've reached a limit">
    You've created as many templates this month as your plan allows. The limit resets next month, or you can upgrade.

  <Accordion title="Creator Analytics asks me to set up a profile">
    Create your creator profile under **Settings** → **Marketplace** → **Creator Profile** first.
