InstantCampaign has AI tools in two places: AI Studio, a standalone page for generating images, text and video, and a set of tools built into the email builder that work on the block or template you’re editing.
AI tools need a role that can edit content. If you signed up with an email and password, verify your email address first. Until you do, AI requests are refused. Each generation uses your plan’s monthly allowance (image generations or text generations). When an allowance runs out, the tool shows Limit Reached and a link to upgrade.

AI Studio

Open Email → AI Studio in the sidebar. It has four tabs.

Image Generator

Describe the image

Type a description under Describe your image. Click Enhance Prompt to have AI add detail to it.

Choose options

Pick a Style (Professional, Photorealistic, Artistic, Minimalist, Corporate or Creative) and an Aspect Ratio (Auto, square, landscape, portrait and more).

Generate

Click Generate Image. It usually takes 15–30 seconds. Click Download to save the result.
To transform an existing picture, upload it under Image-to-Image (Optional) (PNG or JPG, up to 10 MB), describe the change and click Transform Image.

Text Generator

Choose a Content Type (Email Body, Subject Line, Headline, Call to Action or Paragraph), describe the topic, pick a Tone and the number of Variations (1–5), then click Generate Text. Copy the variation you like. The generator uses your brand voice from the Brand page when it’s set.

Video Generator

Describe a scene and generate a 6-second, 720p clip. Rendering takes a few minutes; you can stay on the page while it runs, then Download the video. Video generations count toward your image generation allowance.

Describe a goal and AI creates a whole campaign email series for you.

Generation history

Every image and text generation is listed under Analytics → History (Generation History). Filter by type and status to find a past prompt, its enhanced prompt and the result.

AI in the email builder

Write and rewrite text

Select a Text, Heading or HTML block on the canvas and click the AI pill above it. A toolbar opens with:
  • Rewrite, Shorter, Punchier, Expand and Fix Grammar
  • Translate into one of 11 languages
  • Change Tone (professional, casual, friendly, urgent, luxury, playful)
  • Generate: describe the copy to write from scratch
Each result is shown as a preview. Click Apply to keep it or Discard to throw it away.

Generate images

  • On an Image block with no picture yet, click Generate with AI.
  • On any selected image, click the AI Image pill.
  • In the Image block’s settings, use the AI Generate tab.
Describe the image, optionally click Enhance, then Generate. Click Accept (or Apply) to put it in the block. Accepted images are saved to your File Manager, and the image picker lists them under AI Generated. For an image that already has a URL, Generate alt text with AI in the block’s settings writes the alt text for you.

Deliverability Score

The Deliverability Score button in the toolbar runs an AI audit of the template: spam triggers, HTML quality, compliance and more. Click Run Full Audit. It can take up to 30 seconds and returns a score out of 100 with a list of checks. See Previews and test sends.

Tips

  • Be specific in prompts: name the product, the audience, the offer and the mood.
  • AI copy is a first draft. Read it before you send, especially prices, dates and claims.
  • Check generated images at full size before using them.

Troubleshooting

AI tools are hidden for roles that can’t edit content, and in the Marketplace playground.
You’ve used this month’s allowance for that type of generation. Allowances are monthly, so it resets next month, or you can upgrade your plan.
Try again with a shorter or clearer prompt. If it keeps failing, wait a minute: AI requests are rate-limited.
