Account-level settings live in the Account group of Settings. Profile and Security apply to you as a person. Some sections of the Security page apply to the whole workspace, and only owners and administrators can change those.

Profile

Settings → Profile shows your Full Name and Email. You can change your name and click Save changes. Your email address can’t be changed. To change the language the app is shown in, see Workspace settings and languages.

Password

Settings → Security → Change Password: enter your Current Password, then the New Password twice. A new password must:
  • be at least 8 characters
  • contain at least one uppercase letter
  • contain at least one number
Changing a password only applies to accounts that sign in with an email and password. If you sign in with Google, manage your password in your Google account.
If you’ve forgotten your password, use Forgot password? on the sign-in page to get a reset link by email.
InstantCampaign doesn’t offer its own two-factor authentication or SAML single sign-on yet. If you sign in with Google, your Google account’s two-step verification protects your sign-in.

Support Access

Sometimes the fastest way for our support team to fix a problem is to see what you see. Support Access lets InstantCampaign support staff temporarily sign in as members of your workspace.
1

Choose a duration

Under Support Access, pick an Access duration: 24 hours, 3 days or 7 days.
2

Grant access

Click Grant access. The section shows who granted it and when it expires.
3

Revoke when done

Access ends on its own at expiry. Click Revoke access to end it earlier.
Every support session is time-limited and audited. During a support session, staff can’t create, delete or change the scopes of your API keys or tracking tokens, and can’t make billing changes. Only owners and administrators can grant support access.

AMP Email Security

AMP emails can contain live forms, polls, quizzes and NPS surveys that send data to a server. AMP Email Security is the allowlist of domains those forms may send to.
  • Add each domain your AMP forms post to, for example api.example.com, and click Save Domains. Up to 20 domains.
  • When an AMP email is exported, any form URL pointing at a domain that isn’t on the list is replaced with #blocked, so the form can’t send data anywhere you didn’t approve.
Only owners and administrators can edit the list.

Delete your account

Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account permanently deletes your account. Type DELETE to confirm. What happens depends on the workspaces you belong to:
Deleting an account can’t be undone. Export anything you need first.
