The Brand page (sidebar: Content → Brand) stores your workspace’s brand identity. Templates and AI-generated campaigns read it automatically, so every email starts on-brand from the first draft. Only owners and administrators can edit the brand. Everyone else sees it read-only.

Scan your website

The fastest start is to let AI read your existing site.
1

Enter your website

Under Scan Your Website, paste your site’s URL, for example https://yourcompany.com.
2

Scan

Click Scan. InstantCampaign fetches the page and extracts your brand colors, fonts, voice and audience. This can take a few seconds.
3

Review and save

Check the preview. The scan fills in the form but doesn’t save it. Adjust anything that’s off, then click Save changes.
If you entered your company website when you signed up, a scan already ran in the background and filled in any brand fields that were still at their defaults.

What you can set

Visual Identity

Brand Preview shows a sample heading, text and a primary button with your colors and fonts, as they’ll appear in generated emails.

Brand Voice & Audience

Website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X / Twitter and TikTok. Paste full profile URLs. These are used for social links in your emails.

How the brand is used

  • AI Studio and the Design Assistant use your colors, fonts, voice, tone keywords, industry and audience when they generate a campaign or template.
  • New templates pick up your colors, fonts and social links.
  • Existing templates and emails you’ve already edited aren’t restyled when you change the brand. Update those in the builder.
The logo can also be set from Settings → General with Detect from website URL. It saves to the same brand logo. See Workspace settings.

Troubleshooting

Some sites block automated fetches or load their styles with JavaScript. If the scan fails, fill in the fields by hand.
The brand applies when content is generated or created. Emails you already edited keep their styles.
