The Templates page (sidebar → ContentTemplates) is where you find, create and manage email templates. It has three tabs:

Start a new template

Each plan allows a set number of new templates per month, whether you create, copy, import or add them from the Marketplace. If you reach the limit, you’re asked to upgrade before you can create another one.

Browse the library

Open the Library tab.
  • Search with Search the library…. The search covers template names and descriptions.
  • Filter with the menus: Goal, Industry, Season, Style, Features and Layout. Selected filters appear as chips you can remove one at a time, or all at once with Clear all. A template must match every menu you use, but can match any of the values you tick within one menu.
  • Favorites: click the heart on a card to save it, then use the Favorites filter to see only your saved templates.
When no filters are set, the tab also shows Made for you (templates for your brand’s industry) and In season now (seasonal collections for the time of year).

See templates in your brand

Switch the toggle at the top from Original to Your brand to preview every template with your logo and colors. If you haven’t set up a brand yet, enter your website under See every template in your brand and click Scan. Your logo, colors and voice are pulled from the site and saved as your brand.

Preview a template

Hover over a card (or focus it with the keyboard) and click Preview. The preview shows the subject line and lets you switch between Light, Dark (Gmail) and Dark (Apple Mail). The dark modes are simulations of how those apps recolor emails. From the preview you can click Use template, or Create campaign to start a campaign with this template straight away.

Use a library template

1

Find the template

Browse or search the Library tab.
2

Click Use template

Hover the card and click Use template, or click it in the preview.
3

Edit your copy

A copy is added to My Templates and opens in the builder. If Your brand was on, the copy already uses your brand. Library templates themselves are never changed.
Remix with AI on a card opens the template in the Design Assistant, ready to rewrite the copy in your brand voice and adjust the colors to your palette.

Collections

The Collections tab groups templates that belong together, such as a multi-step onboarding series or a Black Friday kit. Seasonal collections are marked Seasonal. Open a collection and click Use whole series to copy every email in it to My Templates at once.

Import a design

Click Import on the Templates page. There are three ways in:
Upload a PNG, JPG or WebP image of an email (up to 5 MB). AI analyzes the design and rebuilds it as an editable template.
You can give the imported template a name, or leave it blank to use a default one.

Manage your templates

On My Templates, each card has a menu: In a team workspace, Export HTML, Push to ESP, Share Link and Publish to Marketplace need the template to be approved first. The template’s author, and owners and admins, can export it with Export HTML before it’s approved; everyone else sees an error until it is. Push to ESP and Publish to Marketplace require the Pro or Enterprise plan.

Troubleshooting

Remove some filters. Within one menu, ticking more values widens the results; using more menus narrows them.
Your brand has no logo or colors yet. Scan your website, or set them up on the Brand page.
Imports are cleaned for email: scripts, forms and similar elements are removed, and CSS is inlined. If you used Convert to editable blocks, try importing again with it off for an exact copy.
