Workspace-wide settings live in Settings → General (“Website, logo, timezone, languages and tracking for this workspace”). Owners and administrators can save changes. General only appears in the Settings menu for roles with the Settings: write permission. A custom role with that permission sees the values read-only.

General

Below the card, Automatic UTM tagging adds utm_* parameters (campaign or journey name and send) to the links in campaign and journey emails from now on. Click Enable or Disable. When it’s disabled, links are sent exactly as written.
With open or click tracking off, open or click counts in Email analytics stay at zero for new sends.

Custom endpoint URL

By default, tracked links, the preference centre, unsubscribe and confirmation pages, the “view in browser” copy of your emails, and your landing pages are served from instantcampaign.ai. A custom endpoint serves all of them from a subdomain you own, such as links.yourdomain.com. Recipients see your brand in every link. Available on Pro and Enterprise.
1

Choose a subdomain

Pick a subdomain you control, for example links.yourdomain.com or go.yourdomain.com. A root domain like yourdomain.com can’t be used, because it can’t carry a CNAME record.
2

Add the CNAME record

At your DNS provider, create a CNAME record for that subdomain pointing to links.instantcampaign.ai. The page shows the exact Name, Type and Value.
3

Verify and save

Enter the subdomain under Custom endpoint URL and click Verify & save. DNS is checked before saving, so nobody can claim a domain they don’t control. Once verified, new emails and pages use it.
If DNS later stops pointing at us, the page warns you and links fall back to instantcampaign.ai. Use Re-check after you fix DNS.
To stop using the domain, click Remove. New emails and pages switch back to instantcampaign.ai. Links and images in emails you’ve already sent keep working through your domain until you delete the CNAME record. Deleting it breaks those older links, including unsubscribe links, so leave it in place for a while.

Subscriber languages

Supported languages is the list of languages your subscribers read in. Add each one as a language tag such as en, fr or pt-BR. Default language is used when a contact has no language of their own.
  • Contacts carry a language tag, and the hosted preference centre is shown in the contact’s language. If the contact has none, it uses the workspace default, then the visitor’s browser language.
  • Email templates can have per-language versions. Contacts get the version for their language, falling back to the default-language content.
This is separate from the language you see the app in.

Interface language

The dashboard is available in English, Français, Español, Deutsch, Català, Português (Brasil), 日本語 and Italiano. To switch, use the language picker in the top bar and choose your language.
  • The choice is saved to your account, so it follows you to other browsers and doesn’t affect your teammates.
  • Before you choose, the app uses your browser’s language if it’s supported, otherwise English.
Some page text, and some error messages from the server, are still in English in the other languages while translation continues.

Troubleshooting

Make sure the record is a CNAME (not A or TXT) on the exact subdomain you entered, pointing to links.instantcampaign.ai, and wait for DNS to propagate. If your DNS provider flattens CNAMEs (for example Cloudflare with the proxy turned on), turn the proxy off for this record.
Enter the Website URL first. Some sites don’t publish a social image or icon we can read. Paste the logo’s image URL into Logo URL instead.
